Produce

Big Flavor On A Small Scale

More Forest Farm does not have acres of hoop houses or an army of employees. We are a family business with a single, small greenhouse and passion for growing interesting and tasty varieties of produce for the local population... and ourselves of course! We are also proud to say that we don't specialize in any particular crop. Why? Because monoculture (the practice of growing a single plant) depletes the soil while polyculture (the practice of growing multiple plant and animal species together) rebuilds the soil. Look at forest and you will see nature growing all kinds of plants together successfully, that is polyculture.
